      Arg! I pulled a muscle in my inner thigh and have to take a few days off the squats. I'll be back though! See you soon....

                guess i missed this challenge. I would love to join in on a sqaut challenge but i need some info. If i do the squats what exactly will it do for my body? I dont have a big rear, i actually would love to build that area. I'm apple shaped so below the kness are thin, so will squats make my quads really big? I dont want big quads and lil drum stick legs(below the knees. Any adivce would be appreciated. Anyone planning on doing a squat challenge?
                PS what a good amount of ssquats to build the rear and give it shape???

                  I'm glad you found us, Dreamin!

                  Squats make your body firmer, not necessarily bigger. I've measured and lost inches in my thighs and hips. Be sure and squeeze at the top for best results for the rear.

                  To build your calves, or at least make them firmer, try calf raises. Stand on one leg and raise up to your toes slowly and then back down slowly.

                  If you haven't done squats before, try doing however many you can until you feel the burn. Keep adding repetitions every few days until you're doing however many you feel good doing.

                  bodyforlife.com has some exercises and more explanations, you might check it out.

                      Thanks for the info and the link. I will do 50 until the end of the month. Hopefully there will be another challenge
