Wow Jimmie 38 mins is awesome! I have been looking for a good dvd on the stability ball but there just isn't much in stores around here at all ........ I guess I need to search online I'm sure theres tons out there.
I did my 20 last night ........ might of been a little more I forgot to look at my clock when I first started but oh well! LOL I'm actually finding the time going fairly fast now when at first 10 minutes felt like I really had to work to get through that amount of time.

My friend that taught me a few new ball excercises brought me both her stability ball dvd's today to barrow I just finished the first one it was 32 min long!!! Some of the excercises were too hard for me to do so I just bounced through them. They say that is cardio but I didn't feel much doing it ...... maybe it wasn't long enough ........ I don't know but anyways that gave me 32 min for today!
10 minutes of the workout is w/ the ball and then the girl does 5 minutes or so of stretching w/o it. there were a few things on there that i had not tried before.

Jimmie I checked out that link and tried the excercises. I did the first few but when it came to the push up type where you have to balance on your toes ect I couldn't do them because of my toe ........ UGH anyways I book marked it for future reference when my toe is better! I think I got about 4 minutes out of it though which is good!
Total for 10/13 just 14 min
month total so far 252 so I have 48 minutes to get in tonight and tomorrow to make my modified goal of 300!

heidi, my chart says you got 257. you get a 5 minute break! lol
make sure to check out the whole site because i know there are more things to do that won't affect your toe.
i think i have to get me a mat of some kind. some of the things i do require me to keep my hands in place, on the floor and all i am doing is slipping on the carpet.
