      Still going strong also! Had two really good hour long workouts this weekend, brought my total to 260. Tonight is Y night. Will probably cycle and run on TM for 30 minutes each. Maybe to boost, get in some weight workout!

      Day 8 of induction levels, things going pretty good!

        michelle...if that's your goal...*gulp* I'm a slacker....


        390/1500 for me....
        I walked to and from my moms house...we moved her saturday and she was in a panic of where a few things were put.
        walked 30 minute on my tread mill
        50 situps
        25 squats.....okay, those really hurt not only my thighs after all the walking and lifting at mom's house, but my rear end had a bit of a pain to it.

            10000 minutes? lol... If I could only work out 5hrs a day?! I wouldn't be in the shape I am for sure! lol.. Everyone seems to be doing fab! I just got in some crunches, plan on hitting the gym in a few or at least jogging outside, depending on how hot it is outside!!!
            Brook- I keep thinking of mayb doing slim in 6 again, but dang... I get bored with it! For some reason I can't get into the videos again... at least i am making an effort to exercise tho!!!

            Whats everyones exercise agenda for today?!? Ive got bowling tonight, but it doesn't count bc its a league and I only bowl every 10 minutes or so, 4 peeps to a team so not constant exercise, but I may go again in the morning and practice by myself and that is definitely a workout!

              Rikki- I know. That's why I switched up routines. I'm doing Jazzercise 5 days a week and the other two days are up in the air. If I do something, cool...if I don't, that's okay too. There's no classes on Fridays and Sundays - and I try hard to *never* work out on Sundays.

              Had Jazzercise class this morning at 9:30. She's still making us do that
              walk thing, but they've switched up a couple of our routines, which is pretty cool. There's more weight lifting this month than there was last month -lots and lots of upper body work, and that suits me just fine. My arms are already starting to look better, and that makes me happy, happy, happy!!

              I'm really glad I decided to give the Jazzercise classes a shot. I
              just as much with Jazzercise as I do with Si6. I was worried that it wouldn't be comparable, but I find it most certainly is!

              And of course now I want a whole load of new workout clothes. heh It's gonna have to wait for awhile, but I really, really, really wanna do some serious workout clothes shopping!

              I did have to go buy new shoes though. I started out with my running shoes. Yeah...ummm... , bad idea. Running shoes have more than a little traction on them. . I learned that the hard way when I
              in the middle of the floor. I went and picked up a pair of cross trainers, and oh my! What a difference. I can move and everything. LOL

                      30 minutes of yoga, or my version of "try not to fall down...turns into....try just to not make a too loud of a thump" 2 nights in a row..

                      so there's 60 minutes to add to my pile...now i got to go add them up in my siggy....

                        I'm a bit behind but I'll make it. Todays totals in already...Tomorrow will be workout, Saturday moving people and working out after (hopefully) Sunday will be a no workout day! Must get in at least 3 - 60 minute workouts next week!

                          Sorry I haven't logged on in awhile...I've been avoiding the computer so that I can get work done at work *wink* and some stuff done around the house. Now that it's the weekend, I can finally treat myself to the computer.

                          10/5: 60 minutes of walking
                          10/6: 60 min of walking...but also did a lot of yardwork not included in the min
                          10/7: rest!
                          10/8: 50 min swimming; 45 min water aerobics
                          10/9: 30 min elliptical; 15 min bike
                          10/10: 50 min swimming; 45 min water aerobics
                          10/11: 60 min walking
                          10/12: 60 min walking

                          I think that brings my total up to 805 minutes.

                          I haven't done a Slim in 6 work out in ages, but I was thinking about starting that up again. We'll see! Her @$$ crampers really work!! Ow!!
                          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                            Hello all from the great "white" north!!! (I say white because it DID snow - but not stick- the first day up here!!!!)
                            On vacation - well, a mini vacation visiting my in laws, actually. Having a wonderful time, too!!!
                            My good news - We hiked for 5 hours yesterday!!! YAY!!!!! It was a great time, saw lots of nature, and took some great pics (will have to post when I get home!) So that means I am 500/700! YAY!!! And we are going out again today!!!!
                            So anyway....take care everyone and I will see you next week!!!

                              It is quiet in here! Brook, I have been thinking of taking some classes at my gym... I was thinking of taking spin class but in the water, sounds cool but we'll have to see! Your jazzercize class sounds fun, and I totally agree with you needing a good pair of shoes depending on what you're doung and definitely new workout clothes anytime you start a new fitness routine I know I need a new outfit or two!!! lol

                              Well, I start my strict routine today!!! Its kinda hard for me to get on here a bunch bc of work and when I am not working I go back home, stay w/a friend in the town I work in cause I haven't been able to move here just yet, and I had my cable and internet shut off @ home bc Im rarely there to use it! if I could only find a freakin house here!!!! But I will check in as often as I can! How is everyone else doing?
