    Great job,Heidi! You're numbers look great!



    These are my November starting numbers:

    1. Steps - 159 - Very Poor


    2. Squats - 56 - Excellent

    3. Sit-ups - 28 -Average

    4. Push-ups - 34 - Good

    5. Running - 1448 m - Poor VO2 Max - 21.08 - Poor


    These are my ending November numbers:

    1. Steps - 158 - Very Poor

    2. Squats - 75 - Excellent

    3.Sit-ups - 41 - Excellent

    4. Push-ups - 52 - Excellent

    5. Running - I'm not going to do this one.

              My results (last minute, moi? )

              Beginning November:
              1. Step = 126 below average
              2.Squats = 134 way above excellent
              3. Situps = 37 good
              4. Pushups = 28 above average
              5. 12 min run test = 1.77k below average

              Beginning December:
              1. Step = 102 above average
              2. Squats = 150 way above excellent
              3. Situps = 47 above average
              4. Pushups - had to stop doing these.
              5. 12 min run test = 1.86 below average

              = up a level or more on the charts


              If you took part at the start but haven't got your results in yet you have all day today - I will awarding ribbons tommorrow!

                I finally got to my step test and posted the results above with the others. I got 158 this time, only 1 bpm less than the beginning of November! I really need to get more cardio this month. I barely did any in November.

                  Beginning Stats:


                  Pushups--I did 25, which the chart said was good Ending: 28
                  Situps--actually I did crunches--64 in one minute Ending: 70
                  Squats--85 ending 100
                  Walking--from door to park-2 min Ending-same
                  1st trip around park-7 min Ending-same
                  2nd trip-speed walking-8 min Ending-7 min
                  3rd trip-reg walk-9 min Ending-8 min
                  park to door-2 min Ending-same
                  28 minutes total-- ending-26

                  More progress than I thought. I'll use these as beginning for December.

                    Everybody's doing great! We may not ever be Olympic athletes, but we are getting more fit. A year ago at this time, I could barely walk around the park 3 times period. The thought of doing pushups, crunches or squats never crossed my mind. All progress is good!
