These are my November starting numbers:
1. Steps - 159 - Very Poor
2. Squats - 56 - Excellent
3. Sit-ups - 28 -Average
4. Push-ups - 34 - Good
5. Running - 1448 m - Poor VO2 Max - 21.08 - Poor
These are my ending November numbers:
1. Steps - 158 - Very Poor
2. Squats - 75 - Excellent
3.Sit-ups - 41 - Excellent
4. Push-ups - 52 - Excellent
5. Running - I'm not going to do this one.
