11/4 18 minutes ............. I started using hand weights as well this week for my arm stuff is that what you mean by dumbbell work??? I am trying hard to focus on strengthening my arms.

yep, that's what i mean. i have 3 sets of dumbbells. a 3#, a 6.6 # and an 11# set. i am also concentrating on my arms and i've found this to be very helpful. i'm getting ab work in just simply by using the ball and the weights have been a great help. i've used the smaller weights as i walk too. stab. ball pushups will help with the arm strength too.
i've done this program enough now that i am going to have to buy a 4# set.

Oh I have to write everything down or I so easily forget ........ I keep my journal/notebook rightbeside me when I work out ........ Hubby laughs at me for it but it helps when you have so many differnt places to record it all

My ball got popped this morning after my work out miss olivia was playing on my Eliptical and moved the peddal so it pinched the ball and made a nice slice right through it ........... UGH I guess I am off to Walmart to pick upa new one this afternoon.

Back from Wlamart and I got my new ball I haven't even blown it up yet because I wanted to ask a question first ........ the first ball I got I got at Olympia sports and it was 29.00 it seemed like a very good quality but I guess nothing holds up to a slice of metal huh???? Anyways this one I got from walmart was just 10 bucks ......... I hope I'm not sorry ...... but thats not my question LOL my question is the first one I got was 65cm and the new one is 55 cm .......... doesn't sound like a big difference but will it be?????? What size ball do you all use and whats right???? Is this a personnal preference thing???? I always thought the other one was a little tall for me so this may be perfect but I don't know if there is some technical reason for the fit?????
I allready did my work out this morning so I have till tomorrow to change my mind if I need something different ........ any opinions?????

Oh thank -you so my ball was too big LOL ....... I am off to inflate my new one then and assume the old one popping was a blessing in disguise ........ I wonder if some of the moves I found more difficult will be easier with a ball that fits me ??????? Fun fun!
