        i'm thinking everyone will be resting tomorrow but i've let too many days slip by without dealing with the blue ball that sits in the corner. i'll have to put in some minutes if i'm going to complete my goal this month.

                  I'm behind in posting and in my exercises, but I will try to catch up to the best of my abilities!

                  11/19--20 min
                  11/20--30 min
                  11/23--20 min
                  11/24--20 min
                  11/25--20 min
                  11/26--20 min

                  That comes up to 215 min so far according to my workout log. I will have to do some extra sets tonight and for the rest of the month as well! Hopefully next month will be less hectic!

                  Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                    215 is what i have too, bio. this has been a hard month for us! but, i have no doubt that we'll see the challenge to a positive end. we've got a good working, committed group.

                        I was being lazy and took 3 days off of almost everything excercise wise and my body revolted and told me so! I gained almost 3 lbs between lack of excercise and eating too much. I stuck to the right foods just ate way to much of them and way to often! UGH ............ I hate back tracking but here I am back on track!

                          lazy bones here too but the fear of not completing this challenge got me moving. i did all 3 of the 10 minutes videos and the balance ball stretch for a total of 45 minutes

                          note to self: don't wait till the end of the month.
