    well kinda, but cheated cos i exercised this morning and tonight! not very often i get spare time in a morning so took advantage!

            Start Date:10/29/07 @ 276lbs

            I am 42 now

            SW 276lbs / CW 264lbs / GW 190
            I am 5'10"

            I gained some back but I have regained my focus!!
