Here it is! Your monthly Push Up thread!

Sign up for the number of pushups you want to do each day or for the month overall. Update the list by copy and pasteing it into the new thread and updating your numbers when you post ........ There will be a reward for your sig when you make goal!!!!!!!

Types of Pushups that count

• "girly" syle
• on your toes style
• wall ups count (using a counter or wall)
• basically, if it's a push up, it counts!

starts dec 1st right.....cause i am still working on november. i pledge 1500 for the month of december!! i am gonna do pushups on alternating days though, not every day, and mix in squats or situps every other day as well.
