i am in...definately.....i cant start til dec 4th though....and it'll be an every other day thing so......***computing**** #EW$%R^T%$%RE ***recalculate*** #ER%&YG^T%R$# .....the number of squats for december will br 700.
however, i am gonna put a little twist on these. my squats will be done holding 15lb dumbbells in each hand and....at the top of my squat in a standing position i will perform a bicep curl.
so the final number of squats for december will be 700.....beginning on dec 4th, so that boils down to 50/day!!

Dana, be sure to put most of your weight in your heels when you do your squats, that helps take the pressure off the knees. The squats really do help strengthen the muscles around the knees, so good luck!

Great to have you back, Apple! Sanity's over rated, I hardly miss mine at all. I like to do my squats while I'm watching TV, that way I feel like it's not totally wasted time. (It also distracts me and I do them longer).
