    i walked but left the pedometer at home. i just enjoyed the day without having to count or worry about any challenge or update.

        I'd love to do this and keep track. I'm not sure how much to shoot for since I just started walking this weekend. I'll say 10,000. this week and see how I do. I took a walk today and went 3725 steps but I can only do that on the weekends.

          bythree! we're glad to have you joining us! starting off with 10,000 is fine. almost all of us did a week or two of adjusting. and we continue to adjust as we get more active. you've got a great start already!
