Felt tired on Sunday so I did abs and some weights and read books in the sunshine. But I did walk tonight.

Tonight was NOT my night. They have my road torn up and there is dust and broken pavement and big machines all along my route. Plus I forgot the bug spray and the horseflies (we call 'em greenheads) were out in force. I gave up after four and a half.

cattywhompus now thats a new one to me..I'm gonna have to try and use that..lol..
Well i'm still out of sorts.. the TOM issue is just a pain in my a**...I think I'm gonna get it i don't ,I feel like crap and I know it's coming I doesn't ,what the heck..I know pre what ever you want to call it is just a big buncha crap..just end ...get it over with..but NO it won't go in peace whats up with that crap!!!
And on top of all that I feel like a fat lump..it's hot as h**L..and the humidity is back..

i haven't walked in two days. jack was tuckered out last night and i've been tired all day long. maybe tomorrow, i'll go for a walk on my own after my standing treatment time.
char, cattywhompus is just something out of sorts, weirded out, not right, all jumbled up, messed up. it fits so many things! LOL
