Re: January Squat Challenge--Lift those Saggy Rears!
I squat 75 kg as part of my weightlifting training. I am at the gym 4 times a week and squatting is an integral part of the whole olympic weight training routine.
Can't say in the 4 months since I've been squatting regularly that there is a huge improvement in my physique but it generally takes 6 months to see noticeable improvement. So I am just keeping at it.
I'm on day 5 of induction so hopefully, I'll start cutting the fat and keeping the muscle.
