        Oh well I missed my goal big time but have had a lot going on that I haven't been able to keep up. Congrats to those who made goal!

                  cruisergal has started the February Squat Challenge for anyone interested. i don't see an award to be given out for this challenge so my hardiest congrats for all all the goal makers and squat challengers in general. this is a challenge that this ol' girls knees just can't handle.
