    Looking back to first week of January.. What an amazing change..

    Here are my results performed in 2/2/08...

    1) Steptest: was 138 (Very Poor) --> NOW, 117 (Below Average)
    2) Squat: 30 (No change). I had to give it up in January for a knee problem
    3) Situps: was 32 (Above Average) --> NOW, 41 (Excellent)
    4) Pushups: was 10 (Below Average) --> NOW, 20 (Average)

    I think I am getting there.. Will post these results as baseline in the Feb challenge thread.
    Start Date: 11/13/2007
    Start Pants Size: 46
    Height: 6' 1"

    Start Weight: 285lbs
    Goal: 200lbs <-- Met 6/15/2009

      1) Step = 110 beats - average (this is an improvement in fitness but not as good as my record = 102 )
      2) Squats = 100 - still off the chart above excellent but not my goal of 200
      3) Sit ups = 41 - good (improvement)
      4) Pushups = 25 - above average (improvement)
      5) 12 min run test = covered 1.70k a decline! Really need to work on this!

        Let's say the stats are the same--I've had the stomach bug for 2 days and there's no way I can do any of these tests today. If you don't mind, I'll use these as my beginning stats for February. Hopefully this will be a better month--once I get over the bug.
