Hello Everyone
I am starting a new exercise Challenge called babysteps. What I would like to achieve by this challenge is getting people who have fallen off the exercise wagon and those who have just started to get moving.
This will be a 12 week challenge so I expect a person to be committed for the full 12 weeks.
We will start out the challenge very lightly getting in 10 minutes per day. Who can't get in 10 minutes right. Then week by week the challenge will get more difficult, incorperating mini challenges into the swing of things. This might include doing some resistance exercises, core exercisies, interval training. ETC. Not only does changing up routine help with fat loss it also helps us from being board.
I am going to be making up a week by week spreadsheet which I will email to those involed who would like to join. I have not yet made it up this will take a week most likely to get it sorted out for the best toning fat loss and body change imaginable.
I am excited to help those out and would suggest that you take before pictures and measurements now before we start the challenge on February 1st.
If you have any ideas I would be happy to hear them, the more help the merrier.
