situps or crunches are fine - so long as its an exercise that works your abs then its allowed. So any of those contraptions you get off the tv shopping channels are fine too!! hehe!! cradles, roll bars, abs seats....etc.....
I'm very impressed this month as to the amount of abs you are all pledging!!!! I think I'll be wanting photos of these super flat tums!!!

Tomorrow we're going for a carnival weekend break up to Gozo.....so i'll be away for the weekend but I pledge to be a very good girl and get all my ABS exercises in for the days i'm away..
