    Okay - so for today I did 2.5 minutes... I HAVE to count the 30 seconds - I would have done the minute but the guys at the Carwash next to our parking lot were watching me... and unless they are willing to pay for the Comedy Show they are not going to see it

                    Two minutes today... However, what I have learned from this excercise:

                    1. Wear smart sensible tennis shoes
                    2. Use your smart intellegent BRAIN (forgot this rule)
                    3. Don't dump on slanted/sloped surfaces (another rule I didn't learn until it was too late)

                    Yes - I forgot to use my brain and thought it made sense to jump on sloped surface (you walk at incline on treadmills - right). I now have a swollen knee to show for my lack of intellegence.... I am not out of the count and plan to finish this challenge, but it may be a few days before I can try again. Tonight me and an icepack are going to get veeeery friendly

                            Where are you all? I hope you've not whipped yourselves in the head with ropes or tripped and bashed yourselves on something! Today for the first time it was a smidge easier, but still waaay hard.
