    Einy - thanks for getting your results in - not too shabby - the heart rate one is the most random I find.

    I've done two of mine.

    We have until the 7th to get everything done

      My internet is down at home but I am finally able to check it at work! I left my stats at home but i should be able to update it tomorrow
      F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!




      1st pic Pre restarting atkins @ 217 lbs. 2nd pic 20 lbs lighter @ 197 lbs! on 3/1/08

          Alexa I tried to PM you back but it says your box is full so you can't receive any more.

          Anyways I will get my results in tomorrow .......... Today is crazy and I just know it won't happen but tomorrow will be my test day!

            Ok here are my stats:

            1: 160 (very poor) I'm not sure why this went down.. I think I didn't count right at first. I know that the flu I caught prevented a lot of excercise but I definitely have something to work on.
            2: 50 (excellent)
            3: 40 (good)
            4:40 (excellent)

            This was definitely challenging and I'm happy to see where i have improved!

              Some improvements there - good to see!

              The step test can be a bit random, so don't worry about it.

              Did you re-do squats? I had that you did 30 at the start of the month.

                Good improvements in squats, situps and pushups - you've obviously been working it!

                    My results:

                    1) Step was 110 now 96 (from average to good)
                    2) Squat was 100 now 116 (still above excellent)
                    3) Situp was 41 now 46 (yay from good to excellent)
                    4) Pushup was 25 now 28 (still above average)
                    5) 12 min run test was 1.70k now 1.86k (but still below average! GOT to get it higher next time!!!)

                      The Step Test - 126/116
                      The Squat Test - 85/90
                      The Situp Test - 46/50
                      The Pushup Test - 20/25

                      Now

                      The Step Test - 122
                      The Squat Test - 92
                      The Situp Test - 45
                      The Pushup Test - 22

                      Not a good month for me I did a few more squats and push ups and a little better on my heart rate witht he step but my sit ups went down hill ......... not sure why .......... hoping for much better improvements this month!

                        To answer your question Alexa about the squats.. No, I have a kneee problem, had surgery couple of years ago and the squats are really killing my knee there. So, I gave it up. But I am on for the the other 3 tests though as usual.
