Yes, don't forget to come in daily to report your #'s, this way you will be accountable to yourself and to the group. Everyone is at different levels, so not to worry. Do the squats as deep as you can, start off slowly, but do them right, as if you're sitting back, with your butt facing the opposite wall. You'll get better as time goes along! Remember I will be updating these #'s every Saturday!
