I am getting ready to do my exercise for today. I just have to wait for my BF to wake up. He works nights and I don't want to disturb him.
I am finally feeling better pretty much back to normal. I was down 2 more pounds this week to bring me down a total of 10 LBS

my goals this mornth include 2000 pushups and 1250 situps.....and i am gonna meet them. i am a little sore now though
