    Jimmiejo. I should be back soon. Cough has all but gone, and I have a half marathon in 3 weeks time!

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Yes, I got side-tracked again and didn't log-in my exercises! Will do so later TODAY, and so my numbers will be larger next week. *hides head in shame*
      HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
      Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

          Yep...no problems. My last log-in was the 16th, so I was one week back. Thankfully, I keep track of my exercise in the same journal as my food & supplements.
          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
