    re-started: March 31st, 2008
    Phase: Starting OWL 1!
    goal: lose a few inches of fat, gain 6 pounds+ of muscle, lose some cellulite, run a marathon

    kilometers ran in April: 105.5
    started lifting weights

      Irwin, I am sorry to hear about your loss. That is indeed tragic! Welcome back, but it is best to take it easy and slow.

      Jimmie, did I tell you that I flunked math! That is why I am in sales instead of accounting! LOL I am really going to have to be on my toes when I take this thing over!

        1 mile so far taking the puppy for a walk/jog.

        i wouldnt cheat on my love- ever in a million years, so why would it be okay for me to cheat on my diet?!?!?

                irwin..so sorry on your loss,taking it slow sounds like a good idea,you dont want overdo.Glad your back and nice to meet you!!

                Don sounds like your perfect for keeping all of us in line ..lol..If I recall so many years ago I didn't do so hot in math either,I hated it...

                Well I need to get it together to get my goal...count downnnnnn..

                    Hi Irwin - I agree with the others.. please don't over due it. I also offer my condolences on your loss.

                    Charks - don't worry ~ I have NO intention (currently) to up my goal... I need to get more miles in from treadmill as it really makes me sweat Good news is you are soooo close to Goal (and you KNOW I am rooting for you!!)

                    Don - I HATE math... as matter of fact to add my totals I am using a calculator (thankfully DH helps youngest with math homework)

                    Today 1 mile walking and 2 miles from the dusty treadmill for total of 3 miles

                        2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
                        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                            susan, the april mileage challenge should be open and ready for sign up in just a day or two. maybe even today. gonnabskinny [don] will be taking care of that for us.
