    I totally blow it off last month. I was on induction and had a terrible induction flu and was just flat out LAZY. But the past few days I have had tons of energy and have been walking 2-2.5 miles a day on the treadmill. So I am ready for March and I am going to walk 50 miles in March.
    SW 262, CW 248, GW 165

    1st Goal - 235lbs
    2nd Goal - 220lbs
    3rd Goal - 205lbs
    4th Goal - 190lbs
    5th Goal - 175lbs
    Ultimate Goal - 165lbs

        OK, it is time to get the new month rolling. I guess I get to start. Did 1 hour and got in 15 miles on the bike this morning.

            22 minute mile on my Gazelle today. Oh, I went for 30 minutes though 1.4 miles.

                  Thank you Jimmie for getting the MMC up and running!
                  And thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooo very, very much for running the FMC for me! You are one awesome lady! I can't tell you how much I appreciate you and your help....I really do!!

                  I didn't finish the FMC because I couldn't get here - lightning shot thru my phone line, killed the phone and my pc (I'm on DH lap top sssshhhhhhh) - I did end up doing........digs out journal.....25 miles on the bike. I'll go post that in the FMC.

                          43.4 miles minimum (My walking route 1.4 miles, times 31 days)

                          1.4 done last night. I'm a day late in posting, hee hee.
