                  I'm jumping in halfway through the month. I don't need to win the siggy award, I just haven't done anything exercise-wise yet, and I think if I don't join a challenge it will be another two weeks or more until I ... start? Nope, miss the beginning of all the new challenges again! Sooo.... I will pledge 30 a day, because I don't know how many I can do. Starting tomorrow.

                    Went on vacation last week...skiing, so while I got LOTS of exercise, I was pretty wiped out at the end of the day so I'm a little behind on my crunches, but starting back up again now:

                      Yes I agree. The challenges are good motivators. And some days it is really hard to get going. Skiing Shiliha. Sounds wonderful.
