    It averages out to 200 per day. Some days I do more, some days I do less. My husband is serving in the Middle East. He will be home in May. Trying to have a flat stomach by then.

      You are totally my hero. Did it take you long to work up to 200 a day? Do you do them all at one time?

        i will go for 1500.....alternating (even) days. today is the 2nd so i will post later today after completing them.

          Yes! There was a time when I could only do 20. I just kept trying to do more everyday. Yes I do 200 in the morning. I may do more in the evening or during the day. Where ever you are, just keep trying to increase a little at a time and you will get where you want to be. Have a great Sunday!

            Will try that. I will also try doing some in the morning then some at night. I pledged to do 50 a day but if I can do 50 some morning and 50 each night, that should begin to show a real difference, right? Can you break abs up like that? I had heard once, they are more effective if you do them all together without rest in between.

                im in for 3100. i better get on the ball, its already march 2 and i havent done a single one!!!

                i wouldnt cheat on my love- ever in a million years, so why would it be okay for me to cheat on my diet?!?!?

                            Porcelain - those feet to hand ball things are great for the abs, but mix it up with crunches and obliques (across to one knee).
