    Woo! 15 is hard for pushups. You're really getting through these challenges! I expect you'll see great improvements!

      Just checking in to see how everyone is doing? I've been staying pretty consistent with my exercises... Tonight I need to go home and spend some quality time with the treadmill (its looking kind of lonely and dusty lately)

      Abs Challenge: 90/1000

      6 Week Exercise Challenge!

        I haven't checked in here for awhile but wanted to pop in and say I am staying on track and hoping to see some improvements this month!

          Wow, you are really hitting those goals! Good for you!

          I need to get running again too - urgh, a break, though short, can also be felt.

                I have done two of the tests this morning. I'll do the other two tomorrow and just edit this post.

                Squats: 30 at the beginning of March --> 42 now
                Situps: 30 at the beginning of March --> 50 now

                    Step: 80 bpm (at 45 cm) at the beginning of March --> 83 bpm now
                    Pushups: 15 at the beginning of March --> 19 now

                      F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!

                        Lawks, if it's new words you're after - I'm your woman. NB they tend to very old fashioned - that's what you get from reading old novels.

                        Sorry if being dim, but did you re-test the squats and situps also? Or going to do them?

                              1) Step test: 118 --> Getting better, it was 122 before
                              3) Situps: 45 (Excellent) --> Was 43 before
                              4) Pushups: 25 (Above Average) --> no change 25.
                              Start Date: 11/13/2007
                              Start Pants Size: 46
                              Height: 6' 1"

                              Start Weight: 285lbs
                              Goal: 200lbs <-- Met 6/15/2009
                              :
                              Starting a new "100-lb Loss" goal on 10/1/2009...
                              Mini Goal-1: 196lbs <-- Met 10/21/09
                              Mini Goal-2: 192lbs <-- In Progress...
                              Mini Goal-3: 188lbs <-- In Progress...
                              MAIN Goal : 185lbs <-- In Progress...

                              Current Weight: 195 ... Current Pants Size: 36

                                I am so sorry for posting this so late

                                Push Ups = got to 15 so I improved
                                Crunches - went to 40 another improvement
                                Squats - managed 50 before legs gave out
                                Didn't do the running part yet or the steps (just got home)
