    My parents will bring me a larger hula hoop when they come to visit me this week. Yey! I might have to re-arrange the furniture in my dorm room to have enough space.

    3 mins of JR and 8 mins of HH today, so...

      Hey Georgiana!

      you're doing great! A bigger hoop is harder I think - but will work you more. I just did mine indoors with much mayhem.

        I was re-re-reading the name of this challange today and it struck me that the only two ( ) persons trying to 'recapture their youth' are 20 and 25.

        Oh well... Except playing with the words I also played with the hula hoop today (10 min). Did some jr too, but I was pretty lazy at it (2 min).

          Wow, hulaing for 10 mins is amazing! Do you do it in one go?! I kind of end up laughing at myself and then lose it.

          I know - though I am 26 now (arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh how did that happen - and do be offended anyone older, but it seems to have happened very quickly). There were a few people in the old skipping challenge (who actually suggested the combination) but they've not sighed up, Hopefully we'll get more next time. These exercises are both truly good for you and fun.

              I did it in two runs yesterday, because my hula hoop went 'off orbit' after 3 minutes and I couldn't avoid a crash with the Earth.

              Did you jump rope backwards today? 29... 38... 30...

                      I've been away for a week - did some skipping but no hula. I meant to tell everyone I'd be off, but my computer crashed. Seems alright now (crossing fingers).
