ok im a bit late to promise 100 miles in may because today is the 22nd so i think 10 miles would be reasonable for me. I just started my induction phase and 10 miles to finish (eliptical)

I'm on vacation beginning after work today, so I'll pop in next week to update when I can! I have my little memo book to keep track of our outside bike rides and abs! Those outside rides will produce a lot of miles! YAHOO!!!
