I'd like to participate in the abs challenge this time. But, I'm not sure how many to pledge. This is my first ab challenge and I think I should probably do them every other day. My guess would be something like 600... and I think that's a stretch for the first time

For April I did 40 per day so I will up it to 50 per day for May. It's amazing what a month of consistency can do to increase stamina - whether it's abs, squats, push-ups, or whatever. Thanks for offering these challenges!
