Katie, that's not silly at all, you have to find something that works for you. I have been horrible myself lately...I am weighing in in 18 minutes and I am TERRIFIED too, I know I have gained just about everything back. DAMN IT!
I don't know what happened, but I obviously burned myself out the first round...and I am just to bored with it to keep going. I need to find a workout that it fun for me...I wish I had the money and could buy a pool...swimming is great exercise and I could do that all day long! LOL
I think this time I just got super discouraged, I worked SO hard and lost only 10 pounds in 2 months...and that's hard. Then I have one slip up and to see that beginning number on the scale...I could just kick myself.
So, how are you ladies doing?

Hey ladies I took a couple days off and got side tracked so I will have to start back from day 1 because its been about 10 days since I last attempted this workout so I will start Day 1 tomorrow.
