    Squats are great for toning your thighs and glutes. Great for strength too.

          I'm in! I participated in the April squat challenge, but didn't joing the May one. I really don't like squats, but I'll try again anyway .

                  I am in! I used to hate squats! But now, I love them.. I love the feeling I get after doing them!
