I am praying that God imparts the perfect wisdom to the docs and that they use thier knowledge to do whats best for your body. I'm also praying that you have no ill side effects.               You guys are looking great! No ball work for me today. I spent about 6 hours in the yard today & I'm pooped. More yard work tomorrow unless it rains. Ah, summer chores!

                  Well, don't worry about your weeds, Jo. Just focus on you! Perhaps later in the year, we can have the chores challenge again? that was a lot of fun last year!

                  Heidi, I don't think you're an ordinary mom, so we'll just have to disagree on that. However, I DO think that God is amazing, and the more I learn about the world and science, I become even more amazed. Incredible!

                    i keep adding a little bit more.
                    all the usual stuff i've been doing and i added another dumbbell move and tried my back stretch which didn't work as well as i would have liked. too much stretching of the abdomen.

                            i overdid yesterday and i can feel it. not to a danger point but i can tell it was a few minutes too long.
