    today, i had some pains in places that i've not had pains before so i laid off the ball for the day.

        Nothing like a rest day to get your body healed and rejuvenated!! Does Dr. Jack know you're hurting?

          yeah, he knows. he was quite inquisitive to what i did different and has told me to take it easy and not overdo.

                  Here's the update of our totals:

                  Heidi: 130/300 + 105/300 donated
                  me: 240/400

                  TOTAL GROUP minutes: 544/1150 woo hoo!!!!! That's a lot of minutes!!!
                  HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                  Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                      we are doing very well! i love heidi's 'donated' minutes.

                      i took a rest day today from most everthing. jack and i walked a couple antique malls but that was it.

                      for 15 june i haven't done anything on the ball again. i'll get after this so i don't lag behind.

                            Jimmie I am in such a nice routine exercise wise .............I get up early before the kids and hubby and do my morning routine shower and get ready for the day ............... then late at night after everyone's to bed I do my night stuff ............ It takes me about an hour to do my morning stuff (30 min on my Elliptical and then stability ball, crunches and pushups) and about 30 min at night to do the rest (stability ball crunches, push ups and squats) ......... Seems like no matter how crazy my day is that 30 min at night just sets me up for a good nights sleep ....... I'm loving it. I have a very addictive personality and so having a consistant routine is just what I love ........ I've been trying to get a little fun exercise in the middle of the day ........ not sure it does much burning calories wise but it's fun we have the Wii Fit and I am working on the Yoga and stretch exercises on that. My weight is not going anywhere ........ my body seems really content right where it is but I feel good and thats good for now .......... hopefully with summer weather and increased activity the weight will start to drop as well.

                              Heidi, I love how you split your exercises into AM and PM sessions. If you stick faithfully to this WOL, the weight WILL come off...you'll see!

                              Jo, I'm glad you were able check yourself from not overdoing your exercises. I'm so proud of you!!

                              DH & I have been busy with yarn work all weekend and we both took the day off from our day jobs today to continue working on it. We chopped down so many scrub trees and yanked out bags and bags of weeds and poison ivy. Thankfully, we both aren't affected by poison ivy, but it was good to get rid of it. I've taken so many progress pictures, it is something to see! Unfortunately, we're not done yet...but it's great exercise!

                              No ball work yesterday and I just finished my session tonight. It felt so good!

                              6/16: 30 minutes

                                15 minutes

                                i made it completely through my balance ball stretch tape. i wasn't too stellar on the back stretch but did what i could. it still so amazing to me how fast one can lose the flesibility. oh, also, at the very end of the tape, there is a bouncing movement and i tried that but decided "not". i just did a tummy twist movement during that segment.
