    I am also amazed at how quickly I can lose my flexibility when I stop stretching. I feel too tight and bound-up. Jo, I'm glad you are taking it easy on some of those moves or eliminating them all together. No need to over do it, kiddo!

        I'm still keeping up with everything all thought I may skip my Friday and Saturday morning minutes because we will be crazy busy with wedding plans ...... Saturday is the big day I'm so excited and emotional all in one!

        Bio I didn't know it was possible to not be affected by poison Ivy ..... I not only am affected but apparently I have a horrid reaction to it. Two years ago while clearing out a flower bed I got into a bunch of it and ended up in the hospital for three days and on steroids for a week ..... not a pretty site for sure. Now I am hyper aware of it and steer completely clear!

        Jo I am keeping your upcoming radiation treatments in my prayers try and relax over the weekend and know that on Monday especially I will be lifting you up in prayer through the day! Kee on keeping on my friend your doing so awesome!

          Heidi, I'm so excited for you! I would be overly-emotional!! I know I was when my youngest step-daughter got married. I *did* workout that morning to try to burn off my excess nervousness. I think it worked! Your reaction to poison ivy is serious! No, I've never been affected by poison ivy...no redness, no itching, no blisters, nothing. It's just another weed to me. I'm sorry that it affects you so & hope you NEVER come across another vine!

          Jo, you're such a trooper! I'm sorry you had a bad night. Somehow, you still managed to do some exercise. I don't know how you do it? Please, please take good care of yourself. We need you!!

            y'all are just the ticket to keep me going. you are so committed! and i need you two, too. tutu whatever. LOL

            i used to not get poison ivy and then somewhere on my life journey, my chemical make up changed and now i can get it. proof of that was the summer i moved to ohio, 2 years ago. i had it all over me.

              How strange that the body can be immune to poison ivy and not the next. Well, I'll try not to be so complacent around it anymore.

              I think it's great that we have each to keep us going on our health & fitness goals!

                i'm taking today off from any ball work. i'm on target and actually better than i thought i would be BUT i've been having some aches centered around my stomach and pelvic area so those are getting a break for the day.

                  Nothing wrong with a day of rest! Today was a rest day for me, too.

                    stretching, weights, butt lifts, squats and so on. used my band today for the first since sugery. wasn't too bad but i kept the ab tightening to a minimum.

                    if i make my goal ealy, i'll donate any extra minutes towards heidi's donated minutes to me. LOL
