OK, I religiously do my cardio and strength but I detest ab work. Last month I was better than I have ever been but I want to commit to five days a week of abs minimum this month so I am in. I will pledge 1500 to start since I mix up crunches with harder stuff thats lower reps.

Actually, I detest physical activity of any sort. But, I want to join in and support everyone else... and in the meantime, work on getting this flab to fab... so I pledge 930. I know it's not much, only 30 a day, but I better start out slow... *hehe*
