    OK, I religiously do my cardio and strength but I detest ab work. Last month I was better than I have ever been but I want to commit to five days a week of abs minimum this month so I am in. I will pledge 1500 to start since I mix up crunches with harder stuff thats lower reps.

        Ok... I come here grudgingly, because I detest crunches. Actually, I detest physical activity of any sort. But, I want to join in and support everyone else... and in the meantime, work on getting this flab to fab... so I pledge 930. I know it's not much, only 30 a day, but I better start out slow... *hehe*

                        This has been a rather blah day for me diet wise (although I stayed on plan despite my mood). My mood would like me to skip over this entire thread, but I see so many familiar faces that I feel it necessary to join in the -- what do you call it -- fun?? I haven't done a crunch in many months, but I'll eke out 1000 this month and see if my mood (and waist) improves for the August challenge!

                            crunches or sit-ups.....i do something called ballups, or transfers. lying flat on your back, raise you legs and arms transferring a basketball from your feet to your hands......then lower legs and arms. keep transferring the ball.....sunny has a picture of it....i should get it...in fact, i will get it before the day is over
