                      Kate full sit-ups can be hard to do right. Most people end up using other muscles than abs when doing them. Crunches are pretty effective. You can always combine. Do you do oblique crunches as well?

                            I had to drop out in May and didn't sign up for June, but I'm willing to try for July!
                            I'l lstart safe with 10 a day and try for more, so 310 for the month.

                                Nope, I figure if I can do 20 good ones a night, its better than pushing myself to do 75 semi-ok crunches. I'm all about quality over quantity

                                I do crunches and obliques at the gym, but I wasn't counting my normal workout as a part of this. I figured I'd make this an extra "challenge" for me to do several more on my own, away from my normal gym time.
