                            120 for 7/29/08 somewhere along the lines my total got messed up, must've gotten copied and pasted wrong somewhere along the lines. too many posts to go back and try to figure out where now. i thought i was right on with my journal, but noticed today i was off. fixed my total to match what it is with my journal totals......

                                600 standing crunches and regular crunches ... im sore from doing alot of standing crunches! this challenge has really helped me ... i never thought i would ever do this many crunches at once without stopping!!!
