              Ya did them in sets. 3 sets of 60 regular pushups. Wanted to work my upper pecks so started to do decline pushups, so did 4 sets of 30 decline pushups, or until I couldn't do anymore. I rested about 2-5 mins between sets.

              I don't have a gym membership so I just do what I can at home. Decided I should work out so started I think end of May or beginning of June.

              I need to buy some of those potassium and magnesium supplements, I'm pretty sure I don't get enough from my single multivitamin I take.

              Dunno if I'll have the discipline to finish the goal, but it's always good to set the goal high, right?
