Can I change my goal to 50 miles for the month?

1 mile walking.
Had a very bad commute home. Some nice blond lady tried to run me off the road and she wouldn't give up. I finally had to call 911 and give them her license plate number. By time the cops came she had taken off, but they are going to have a little chat with her. I am still shaking, but I did manage to walk 1 mile. It actually made me feel better.
