Alexa, it's not complicated at all! Do the exercise, plug it into the website, it tells you the points, and that's it! After so many points, you get an award.

thanks for answering that bio. i should have and just overlooked it. sorry alexa.

bio is right. you just post your exercise by clicking on choices and the rest if done automatically. the awards are real and can be purchased via the site.
as the admin for adbb on the site, i can access everyone's points and that's where i get the info for the sunday post in this thread.
