              Congrats on the inches! Keep up the abs! Inches rule over pounds.
              As of today I can comfortably wear a new pair of size 34 pants that I bought a while back. Started this winter wearing 40s loose, then 38s, then 36s. 34 is a breakthrough for me. Lots of abs, biking, stability ball, weight training, etc. Down from 234 to 211, but ... Inches rule!
