Omg. Between the jet tiredness and swollen feet/ankles/blisters from being in Denmark, I'm actually doing quite well with this running business!! 2 miles on Thursday, 3 on Friday, and maybe I will do two later today when I wake up (maybe).

112 this month, down from last month (I think due to distraction by dumbbells), but I will get back on the horse (bike) and be in the Sept. challenge.

Great job Don! And congrats... not only to those who made goal, but to those who challenged themselves beyond what they thought they could ever do! Well done to everyone! Remember, every mile that you did here is a mile that you may have not done before!

I'll be in on the Sept challenge as well, and hopefully will get more non work interrupted miles in.
