Sign up for the number of pushups you want to do each day or for the month overall.
Update the list by copy and pasteing it into the new thread and add your name and goal.
* Update your stats by copying and pasteing the list and adjusting your own totals each time
* There will be a reward for your sig when you make goal!!!!!!!
* Types of Pushups that count
- "girly" syle
- "MAN" style
- wall ups count (using a counter or wall)
- basically, if it's a push up, it counts!
* Be creative and try something new this month challenge yourself to try a one handed
push up or maybe a two count down push up ...... push yourselves further each month!
