      12 miles this morning on the bike. Also, I want to thank all of you last month for keeping track of your own miles and cutting and pasting the totals each time. It helped me a great deal. If we could continue it this month, that would be great.

                          2 miles this morning
                          I've been running 2 miles with a friend on Wednesday mornings for a while now. He's in good shape and runs just about every day. A couple months ago it was not easy to keep up, and I noticed a lot of extra weight that I was carrying. Now I keep up fine and feel good. Thanks to this WOL including the mileage challenges - in which I have been mostly biking and also running - both outside and inside.
