Many holiday parties are coming soon and having toned up abs will help you to look and feel your best. Getting into the challenge is a great way to set a goal and work toward it.
To enter this challenge, just reply to the thread with your total commitment for the month.
Go to the last page of the thread and copy the list of challengers from the latest posting, then paste it into your posting. Then insert your screen name and commitment such as 'gman 0/1400' in the list alphabetically. Thanks!
Any abs exercise counts. A lot of members do crunches on the floor or on a stability ball.
To update your total daily or whenever you do abs, copy and paste the latest list of members and then edit your running total, such as 'gman 100/1400'.
