October is choc full of candy and goodies remember that!
I'm really determined to keep my focus by continuing this challenge and I hope to have more join in the fun.
You don't have to leave the house to get a good work out in! I know people have busy schedules and or cannot afford pricey gym memberships.I have seen quite a few people who have exercise DVD's and "on Demand" exercise cable channels. Tae Bo, Walk Away the Pounds, Turbo Jam, Donna Richardson are just to name a few but I'm wondering how many people are putting them to good use?? This is a month long challenge for you to dust those puppies off and use em! You paid good money for them so you might as well enjoy the benefits of ownership right??
Everyone is welcome to join in at anytime.
Feel free to post the following:
-How many times a week do you pledge to exercise and with which workout?
-Starting weight or measurements
-Inches or pounds you desire to lose as a result of this challenge
-This month I plan to do weekly weigh-ins on Fridays (feel free to continue to weigh on whatever day your schedule has been)
Post your workouts daily in this thread and give a short review; someone might be interested in picking up your workout based on your review.
If you skip a workout that you committed to, be honest so we can encourage you to get back on track...








Ok, didn't follow through last month, but I have started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for beginners yesterday and it kicked my butt.
