Hello everyone!
This is a chance to give yourself a real boost.
If you'd like to get into the November *Awesome Sick*
Abs Challenge, please sign up and report your progress here.
You'll develop some awesome sick abs by Nov. 30th ... in time for holiday parties ... or at least be on your way to showing 'em off for Spring/Summer 2009. Yes I know I have a good point here don't I...?
You can sign up any time including during November.
All are welcome!
Best Regards,
Gman

Abs Challenge Rules
To enter this challenge, just reply to the thread with your total commitment for the month. Be sure to post your screen name and commitment such as 'gman 0/2400' in the list alphabetically.
Then starting Nov. 1, do your abs and then go to the last page of the thread and copy the list of challengers from the latest posting, then paste it into your posting. Then edit your running total, such as 'gman 100/2400'. If you hose it up with a wicked copy/paste, we'll fix it, who cares just do the abs!
Any abs exercise counts. A lot of ADBB members do crunches on the floor or on a stability ball. Mix it up and make it fun so you do a lot.
Besides being in great shape - the inches will fly off with abs - you can get one of the Challenge stickers like the one I have below.
Special Bonus: If you do more than 2,000, I will award a "Dang ... that's a lotta abs!" That's an average of just 66.666 repeating decimal abs per day, so aim high my friend.
