          It's never to late to join!!!!!! For those who are new I am Heidi and I am the challenge Leader but will be out as of Friday for a few weeks due to Having Carpal tunnel surgery so no push ups for me for a little bit. Liv has agreed tot ake over for me and finish off this challenge. She will post the Goalies and start up the new Challenge for December. ( Thanks Liv!) I will post and check in up till tomorrow! You all are doing great!!!!!!!!

            Sorry to hear you need the surgery. Hubby had both done but only after the military put it off so long that he now has permanent nerve damage!

              Donna I am hopeful that I have no permanent damage to the nerves or muscles ......... I waited a long time as well because for the longest time I assumed my trouble was arthritis and I just had to deal with it. UGH I wish I had been checked sooner but Lord willing this will get me right back to 100%.

                    What I know:
                    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
