      lets see if you can follow this:
      i pledged 300 minutes basing that on 10 minutes per day. as of today i should have 80 minutes. i caught myself up in three sessions which made me 89/300. please donate those extra 9 minutes to heidijobio on behalf of heidi, who can't do her regular mintues this month.

      basically, anything over my 10 minutes a day will go towards her minutes.

          glenn, i read your post in the 6 wec before you did the edit. [i think i have that right] you talked about your marathon running friend and weights. i so totally agree! it was an awesome post but i think you deleted it.

            " BTW I had lunch with a friend who ran the NYC marathon. His first ever ever. Under 4 hours time. Lost about 50 lbs. in the past year. He confirmed what I have found, that once you are lifting weights, that you cannot look at the scale. And that muscle is good and burns more fat. If any of you sees me talk weight for a while please slap me. Thank you.

              was it deleted? when i clicked on the post this morning, it wasn't there. at any rate, i liked the post. oh, and it's not because i am looking for posts to you about. i liked it for the other content.

                    Thanks Jo for the minutes!!!!! I am trying hard to make my smaller goal of 200 before Friday I have three more days and 68 minutes to go so it will take a bit of work for me ....... I am going to try and do two sessions the next three days morning and night. And hopefully Wednesday on my day off get in the dvd I have ......... I should be able to reach the 200!

                      I am so sore its not funny. I have been working on lower abs. I did 10 mins the first time and now 20 and I am really feeling it. I may take a day off tomorrow from the ball.

                                Michelle, I was pretty sore when I first started working on the ball. You're working your muscles in a completely new way. I love that! Keep it up, you're doing great!

                                Glenn, are you going to start a weight lifting challenge?

                                It's been pretty rough at work the past few days. A dear co-worker went in for a prenatal check-up and found out that her baby had died. They couldn't find a heartbeat, so they had to do a D&C. We're all in a slump. I'll probably just update our challenge numbers on Friday...
