Decided to use all my steps toward my mileage since somedays I can't actually make it to the treadmill but I walk outside a lot.

I need to add everything I can lately..I got a promotion but it's mostly sit down work now and I'm having big issues with that...I don't even come close to what I'm used to getting in a day.
